Blood Tests

If you require a blood test, contact Grove Road Health Centre, Grove Road, Wrexham, LL11 1DY on 03000 850047 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to arrange an appointment or contact Chirk Community Hospital, Off Johns Street, Chirk, LL14 5LN on 03000 850003 to make an appointment but you must take the blood form given to you by our reception.
