Repeat Prescriptions

You can call at the surgery and drop off your request slip in the letterbox, post it to the surgery or make arrangements with your local chemist.

Any problems ordering your repeat prescription, then please contact your chosen Chemist who will liaise with the surgery.

Please allow 72 hours for the prescription to arrive at your chosen Chemist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to talk to a Doctor, Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

My Health Online

Although there is a social distancing rule in place, we are still encouraging our patients to join My Health Online, which will allow you to order repeat prescriptions, when they are due, and can be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy.

Either print off or complete and email back to enquiries.w91030@wales.nhs.uk the following application form, together with copy photographic ID such as driving licence or passport and copy of recent utility bill showing your current address (or use a mobile device to take a picture and attach with application). If you are unable to print/scan, we could post out an application, but you will need to post back/drop off in our letterbox, the completed application form with the ID documents mentioned.

Please be aware that you must take account of your own security by sending confidential documents by this method and that sending information by email does not provide end to end encryption and is done so at your own risk.

Once you have received the welcome letter from the surgery, that includes your unique Account ID & Linkage key, follow these instructions on how to register on the My Health Online website

Otherwise, once social distancing has been relaxed, speak to reception team when you are in the surgery, about joining My Health Online to order repeat prescriptions and make appointments.
