Surgery closed from 12.30 - 1.30 for lunch (urgent calls accepted by Phone). Telephone: 01978 290708
All Surgery times are by appointment but urgent cases can be seen on the same day at the end of surgeries. We will always see emergencies on the day you request but you may have to wait to see a particular Doctor for a routine appointment.
Patients can request to see the doctor of their choice for a pre-booked appointment, but emergency appointments are with the duty doctor. Routine consultations are between 10-15 minutes in length.
Telephone Advice
The best time to ring for advice from the Doctor is 11.30 am to 12.00 noon. You may be asked to ring back if they are consulting.
Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed there is always a Doctor on call for emergencies, either one of our Doctors or a Doctor from North Wales GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service (as endorsed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board). When the Surgery is closed please ring North Wales GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service on 0300 123 55 66, or for advice only ring NHS Direct Wales on 0845 46 47 or on-line www.nhsdirect.wales.nhs.uk
In addition the Practice has also joined the Protected Education Time Programme supported by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. It is a programme whereby protected time is provided to enable Practices to close on one half day per month from 12 noon to 6pm for Protected Education Time. Advance notice of the dates when the surgery will be closed for Practice Development will be advertised in the surgery and are detailed below.
Surgery closed for Practice Development from 12 noon on the following afternoons:-

We hope that you will agree this is an important programme which aims to improve patient care
